All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high order volume, processing time may be extended slightly, and we will notify you via email to keep you informed every step of the way.

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING across India with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Your orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Please note that orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order placement. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company and postal authority norms, and Witty Wonder shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier service or postal authority.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email along with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey. You can use this link to stay updated on your delivery status in real-time.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of your order being placed, please contact our support team at support@wittywonder.com and we will assist you promptly.

We understand how important timely delivery is to you. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at support@wittywonder.com and our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at support@wittywonder.com. Once an order has been shipped, address modifications are not possible, so please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by you at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address specified during registration.

Please note that any shipping costs levied (if applicable in special cases) are non-refundable. Witty Wonder is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities beyond our control.
