1. Policy Validity & Time Limits

  • Exchange, return, or refund requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).

  • The maximum eligibility window is 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Requests raised after 15 days from purchase will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange or return request.


2. Exchange Policy

Eligible Exchange Cases

  • Size issues

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defects or damaged products

🔁 Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With original tags, sticker labels, and packaging intact

    • Properly folded and securely packed to prevent transit damage

  • Free exchange is available only for size issues.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by us.

💰 Product Value Difference

  • If the exchanged product is of higher value, the difference amount must be paid online before dispatch.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products purchased during sale or using discount codes

  • Requests raised more than once per order


3. Return & Refund Policy

💸 Refunds Are Issued Only in Genuine Cases

Refunds are provided only if:

  • A defective or damaged product is delivered, and

  • The issue is reported within the eligible time frame with proof

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defective or damaged product

⚠️ Important Refund Conditions

  • No refund for size issues (free size exchange only).

  • Minor colour or design variations due to photography, lighting, or screen display are not considered defects.

  • If our verification shows the defect is caused due to customer handling, misuse, or washing, refund will not be processed.


4. Exceptional Returns (Non-Defective Products)

  • In rare cases where a return is approved without any defect or delivery issue,
    ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse-pickup logistics costs.

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • The original payment method, or

    • The bank account shared by the customer


5. Sale, Discount & Exempted Products

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

  • Certain product categories may be exempted from return or refund, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Only defective or damaged items in such categories may be eligible for replacement.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only within 15 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation will not be accepted if:

    • The order has been shipped, or

    • The product is out for delivery

(In such cases, the customer may choose to reject the package at the doorstep.)


7. Quality Check & Approval Process

  • Returned or exchanged products will undergo a quality inspection once received.

  • You will be notified via email regarding:

    • Receipt of the product

    • Approval or rejection after inspection

  • Approved requests will be processed strictly as per this policy.


8. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account, depending on bank and payment partner timelines.


9. Important Customer Responsibilities

  • Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

  • Ensure returned products are:

    • Properly packed

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In resale-worthy condition

Failure to meet these conditions may lead to rejection of the request.


10. Final Authority

Witty Wonder / SPTV Group reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any exchange, return, or refund request

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
